He gave his life to Christ over 25 years ago and has served in various non-executive capacities in the church including membership of the Board of Regents of Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria for 8 years. A highly respected and humble personality who loves to impart people with knowledge, he has a heart for helping people and mentoring. He exhibits unique spiritual understanding, insight and perspectives that characterize his books. He is happily married to Dr (Mrs) Aderonke Sobodu. They are blessed with children and reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
