My Thoughts

Review covers 17 chapters

I believe it's finally time to review the story that threw me back into my Edo-period loving self. Also, if you have yet to start this story I really advise you to start it, and so that you know it is officially licensed in English, but if you do not want to buy the books there are 12 or so chapters on mangafox and last 5 chapters will be recapped on my blog if you have interest in it.

Now, let me introduce you to our characters, but before that let me explain some things. First of all, our story is, in essence, two stories intervened together. On one hand, we have Yukari and Mahoro a soon to be a couple in this period. But where's the catch you ask? Imagine this, no, let's say, have you ever wondered about your previous life? Have takedn thoses quizes all around the internet to see who you were in your previous life? Well, now imagine that there exists a person who remembers his past life, and now you are jealous and start thinking what is it that he does about it. Meet Yukari, our protagonist who not only remembers who he was n his previous life, but actually uses it to his advantage. How he writes... He's the genious writer of Edo period Japan, as he truly sees how it was at that time. But now you are asking where's he second story? Well, meet our heroine or should I say someone who will put eveyrthing in motion. Mahoro - a normal hgh shcool stydent at a glance; sge's a Yukari's hard-core fan and once they meet the wheel of fate will be put in motion, as they are lovers whose love has transcended time. Now, you'll become cynical and will make jokes about fate as well as soulmates, but heard my words; this story is not as easy or should I say rose-coloured kive story, s the past lives of Yukari and Mahoro are under a great burden.

The story is truly beautiful and tragic at some points as the idea of love is seen from different points of view. Are you up for entangling yourself in the life of Yoshiwara district, that's a red-light district in plain English. Be aware, that the style will take your breath away and maybe not only breath... But it is the story thatwill make you readagain and again. Until you will know this 17 Chpaters by heart and even then you'll want to read it again just to see the beauty of life and love.

I guess, I'm vbecoming a bit philosophic as well as melanholic. Is it the correct word to use in this sutuation? Well, it's the one that I want... Enjoy it and dont forget to share your thoughts below! Stay tuned for more reviews as well as promos! Don't miss your ext favourite book or manga! Happy reading!

XOXO
