My Thoughts:

Hello everyone and welcome back to Katie’s corner! I’m continuing with the Dog Days series, and it’s time for the 3rd book – Spring. As always it’s fast paced and leaves us hanging on every word. It doesn’t’ help that it ends on a cliffhanger that begs you to open the as took. But alas, I don’t have it yet and I’m dying of curiosity.

I enjoyed the book a lot. It also helped that I read it 2 or 3 days after I finished Winter. I got the feeling that the book was divided. Even though the author was writing in third person, still it was noticeable that one chapter followed Lou, while the next Copper and so on. It was great as we got to see both of the characters fully. The mystery of the murder is still unsolved, however, near the end of the book we get some solid answers, but they only confuse us even more! As now the mystery behind the attack on Marnie takes another twist. There are two suspects and one cannot really speak. Some new character will appear and old ones will be making Cooper’s life hell. We do not see lot of Archer, but we get to know his brother to the extent of hating him. At at the same time I want to know more about him. I want to understand why he’s so cold and ruthless. I do believe there’s a history behind his story and I’m dying to know it.

Are you ready to find out what happens after Christopher comes into town? There’s a lot that we find out in this book, but at the same time we are left with even more questions hanging. Lou again made me enjoy her character, as she becomes more strong-willed and wants to break Cooper’s curse at any cost. However, Cooper was a bit disappointing but at the same time he was finally getting horny near Lou. It was very funny how made Lou breathless and then was acting weird. But it’s normal, as the coyote in him in coming to the surface as his birthday is nearing! Are you ready to get lost in the story of love, witchcraft, mysteries and secrets? You will love this series a lot! You can check my previous reviews for Autumn and Winter on my blog! Enjoy the story to its fullest and don’t forget to share your thoughts below.
